Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 12 February 2026.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how HostLift, a service of Topscore Services, may be used. It applies to every account holder and to anyone who accesses our services through an account holder. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

2. Prohibited content and activity

You must not use HostLift services to host, transmit, or link to material that is unlawful in the jurisdiction in which you or your visitors are located. This includes child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence or terrorism, and material that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.

You must not use our services to send unsolicited bulk email, to operate phishing pages, to distribute malware, or to host content designed to deceive visitors about the identity of a person or organisation.

3. Network and platform integrity

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, probe or scan networks you do not control, run denial-of-service tooling, or deliberately consume resources in a way that degrades service for other customers.

Automated processes that place sustained disproportionate load on shared infrastructure may be throttled. Where that happens we contact you first and suggest a plan that fits the workload.

4. Resource usage on shared plans

Shared plans are sized for typical website workloads. They are not intended for cryptocurrency mining, general-purpose file storage or distribution, media streaming as a primary function, or as a backup target for systems hosted elsewhere.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe content hosted by us breaches this policy, email abuse@hostlift.live with the URL and a description of the issue. We investigate every report and will confirm receipt within one business day.

6. Enforcement

Where we identify a breach we will normally contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Where the breach is serious, unlawful, or presents an immediate risk to other customers or to our infrastructure, we may suspend the affected service immediately and notify you afterwards.

Repeated or deliberate breaches may result in termination of the account in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
