Privacy Notice
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Who we are
Topscore Services ("we", "us") operates this website and the digital products sold on it. Topscore Services is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Contact us at privacy@topscoreservices.com.
2. Personal data we collect and why
- Account data (name, email address, login credentials) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Purchase and entitlement data (products bought, subscription status, order references) — to give you access to what you paid for. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Support messages (your emails and their contents) — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests and contract performance.
- Usage and telemetry data (pages viewed, feature usage, device identifiers, IP address, error logs) — to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Marketing contact data (email address) — to send product updates where you have opted in. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, email, analytics, and support tooling providers acting on our instructions.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, invoicing, and tax compliance.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards where needed for tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years, and usage logs for up to 24 months. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data outside your country. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the UK/EEA may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority; we respond to requests within one month. US state privacy laws may also give you rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data — we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising. Email privacy@topscoreservices.com to exercise any right.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, and row-level database security, to protect personal data.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate checkout. Where we use analytics cookies to understand product usage, they are limited to aggregate measurement. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though essential cookies are required for the site to work.
9. Changes
We may update this notice; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
