1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Topscore Services ("Topscore Services", "we", "us"). Topscore Services operates this website and provides the digital products, downloadable resources, and membership subscriptions offered here (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you use the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the materials included in the plan you purchased. You may not resell or redistribute our materials as a competing product, reverse engineer the Service, or circumvent technical limits or plan restrictions.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive activity;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• upload malware, probe or scan our systems, scrape the Service, or otherwise interfere with its security or availability.

6. Intellectual property

Topscore Services retains all ownership of the Service, including its software, documentation, designs, and branding. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. If you believe material on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@topscoreservices.com and we will review and remove infringing material where appropriate. Repeat infringement may result in account termination.

7. Service level and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, subscriptions, and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your access ends; where practical we will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is unlawful.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Topscore Services is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
