Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

1. What you are buying

HostLift sells digital services and digital goods only. Nothing we sell is shipped physically, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the product and pricing pages and at checkout, before payment is taken.

2. Delivery timelines

• Hosting plans (shared, WordPress, cloud, VPS): provisioned automatically and available in your dashboard within minutes of a successful payment, and in all cases within 24 hours.
• Domain registrations and transfers: registrations usually complete within 15 minutes; transfers depend on the losing registrar and can take up to 7 days.
• Business email: mailboxes are created immediately after purchase; DNS propagation may take up to 24 hours.
• Marketplace downloads (templates, logo packs, courses): access is granted instantly after payment from your account dashboard and the confirmation email.
• Done-for-you services (migrations, setup, design work): we contact you by email within one business day to start, with typical completion in 2–10 business days depending on the scope shown on the service page.

3. If something does not arrive

If you have not received access within the timelines above, email support@hostlift.live with your order email or receipt. We reply within one business day and will either deliver the item or refund it under our Refund Policy.

4. Renewals

Hosting, email and domain products renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
