Payments for HostLift are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoice, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and is the name that appears on your card statement.
Getting a copy
- Every payment triggers an emailed receipt with a permanent link to the invoice.
- The Billing section of your HostLift dashboard lists every transaction on your account.
- You can also retrieve any invoice at paddle.net using the email address you paid with.
Adding company details or a VAT number
Open the invoice link and choose to edit the billing details. Add your company name, address and tax ID, and a corrected invoice is reissued immediately. This can be done after purchase.
Changing your payment method
Use the Billing section of your dashboard to open the secure customer portal, where you can update the card on file, change the billing cycle or cancel a subscription.
